The unknowns, continued.

 Yesterday didn't go exactly as I planned. The good things: we got to go see the girls and we had small group. The rest of the day held some heart felt sadness. 

The unknowns. The other day I felt almost confident with the unknowns. Today, not so. 

Today I will practice Philippians 4:6, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present our requests to God."

v. 7, "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." 

I long to experience the peace that transcends understanding when the anxiety rises, along with my blood pressure.
